MINI CV
Ewa grew up in Poland. Already in her early age she
developed a strong interest for foreign languages. After
finishing the High School with focus on Sports and
Education, Ewa decided to further develop her German
language skills and moved to Germany where she worked as an
au pair (nanny) for a year. Then she returned to Poland and
attained her teaching degree. After finishing her teacher
training she decided to continue her education at the
University of Munich in Political Science and Law with
focus on the Economic Policy, European Union, European
Community Law and German Labour Law. The combination of
praxis and theory has always been very important to Ewa.
Therefore she worked part-time for many companies during
her studies and gained her first work experience in Sales,
Marketing and Human Resource. After obtaining her Magister
Artium (equivalent to Master degree) at the
Ludwig-Maximilians- University in Munich Ewa started to
work for Siemens Enterprise Communications in the Human
Resource Department, where she was employed first as a
Project Manager and later as Compensation and Structure
Consultant.
Always up for a challenge Ewa moved to the United Kingdom
in 2008 and studied MSc Human Resource Management at the
Birmingham Business School. Her ambition was to develop her
professional skills and broaden her knowledge and expertise
in functional and strategic business areas. In addition to
her study she obtained the CIPD certificate (the
certificate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development).
After the graduation in MSc Human Resource Management in
September 2011 Ewa returned to Germany and started her work
for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Hannover where she is
currently working as HR Manager.
Ewa is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD) and the German Federal Association of
Human Resource Managers (BPM).
